There are three keys to getting a treasury system. First, you need a solid business reason for wanting to purchase a TMS. Second, you need to know what you want to do with your system once you have it. The third, and most important key, is to get support from others internally. Selecting a TMS is a journey that you cannot take alone. You should understand the path before beginning the journey. You are going to need to build up a support team, gauge what your needs and timeline will be, and then select your vendor.
